ADVICE, REPORT AND DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT ASSISTANCE
Within the system, there is an advanced, template-based Advice and Report generation tool, that can easily be customized. The templates, in term of advice, report and document generation, are defined in the most widespread formats: The advice templates are in MS Word. The reports can be generated by the same template-based tool or Back office users can even export what they see on thier own user interface in XLS or PDF. The system can store and retrieve all generated documents. Full integration with the client’s main Document management tool is also possible.
3 SWIFT GETS AUTOMATIZED
ApPello Trade Finance system comprises every possible SWIFT message text standard for Trade Finance. This set of message types and tags are easily extendable and sustainable. So, incoming SWIFTs are automatically processed from the first moment. As a transaction is created, details of the message can appear on the bank staff’s user interface, in the workflows. The system can automatically generate outgoing SWIFT messages as well.
4 FLEXIBLE FEE STRUCTURE
Our solution also delivers a highly customizable fee module where all types of fees can be set up and grouped into fee packages. This means, it is possible to tailor invoices for a specific client or a group of clients.
